We talk about it in marketing classes that is it the marketing mix or placement of product as per their stage in product life cycle or segment in which they are catering to , from last so many years most of the marketing theories revolve around traditional marketing practices and marketing concepts. Brands have their own ways and means of promoting brand and entering into the customers mind and more through the world of positioning . In recent times with the growth of social media the brands has got in the zone of walking on thin razor all the time . The interpretation of message and brands get trolled on social media. It is not only the individual celebrity but it is also the brand which suffers the heat of social media. In the case of some products , Purpose of the brand some times happen in the darkest of the time but it is better than never. We in our subsequent post will talk more about the brand and their purpose , process of purpose and identification of the purpose after a while.

In todays world , which is more online than offline , visibility is seen as the key . Companies and Individuals are always in a pursuit to achieve their own visibility . To be visible and to get engaged is what is the story behind impression and engagement . “To see is Impression and to feel what you see is Engagement ” – Dr Ankush Sharma . In today’s digital world we all are in a race of seeing and getting engaged .

The world is full of impressions but only those who engage the content in the right manner get that visiblity where content is more felt. For an example – One bakery shop is posting photographs entire day but not getting the leads which they wish to generate from those photographs and when analysed in detail , it is observed that quality and content of photos were not of that level where it can engage with people .

Feel for the content and develop content which is more appealing and engaging will help to build a brand .

Embrace every season with a positive set of mind and fitness goals

“More we grow and more we learn” , is a wonderful way of looking into the positive outcomes of our own life. “More we grow and less we learn” is a mundane form of living a life , choice is ours to choose the former or latter . For example we have various season like fall , summer , winter ,rainy season and others , we look towards season as like oh i like summers more than the winter or rains more than summers , each individual can have their own preferences and that is understandable, but if we start enjoying each season with its own strengths and offerings which it offers then surely we will be more Impact.

In digital marketing and in our own fitness regime, we have trending hashtags and we have fitness goals respectively , if we embrace and engage people and our own self , we may create a better impact. Trends in Hashtags is like a phenomenon which every digital marketer wants to catch up with and for a reason is to get more of impressions . Same way we try to run more in winters and less in summers because we feel winter is a better season to stay fit than summers. Point which I want to make here is why to differentiate between hashtags , trends and season and take what suits us . If we embrace each season with our own innovative way and that will be more impactful . For example I am a 5k runner and I run more of 5k early in the morning in winters and early in the morning and late in the evening in summers just because I wish to embrace season with more meaningful dialogues. In Digital marketing also , we write content so that we can relate it with the trending hasthags but if we write content , where content is more important than the hashtags then may be we are talking more sense or more impact. Think about it and understand the concept of ” Embrace” and ” Engage” your impressions more with it . Have a wonderful season ahead.

Digital Marketers and Valentine day

As we speak , what is that which is the most important aspect of digital marketing , is it no of likes , comments , shares or having presence in each social media outlets or some thing else. Digital Marketers are always in pursuit to achieve right return of investments on any penny which brands / client is investing and that is where the battle of mind space or mind share starts . We have various events which are celebrated through out the year and one that important event is valentine day , a day where people express and show case their love for others , any day which celebrates love is an important day .

Brands will try to engage customers or stakeholder and celebrate valentine day in their special way and that’s where the point lies . Engagement with a brand or engagement with consumer journey can’t happen overnight . More you live with brand more it is reality. So some important conversations which brands will have with their own customers and their digital marketing plan is ,

  1. How to engage customers in a meaningful conversation ?
  2. What is most important , it is just engaging through any way or engaging through meaningful dialogues or honest content ?
  3. Is return of investment impact so powerful that we build stories to get quick ROIs?

I am consulting a company , and they were into products and services , where they provide unique experience to the customers by helping them to archive their memory , so that they can see that later on with more emotional appeal . In such kind of product categories , if we start expecting that overnight people will share and save their memories and engage with you, then i I think we are visualising results too early in the path . Now if we have to build engagement with a brand for valentine day , we can think about various creative inputs but one thing which can help you to get desired results, is that how are you gaining the trust of your customers and building confidence in them, that you are in their journey of emotional appeal and emotional connect rather than looking answers to those above mentioned questions immediately. How to Run 5 Kilometres without much of hassles

In continuation with our discussion in the last post , regarding how to run an effective 5kms run and after stating points mentioned in the first post regarding that once your Doctor gives NOC to you mentioning that how fast or how slow you can get introduced to running , you are all set to take a big leap for your fitness and health .

In this post we will talk about the first step in 5 kilometres running and that is every body is unique in each of their own way and, same way our foot is also different from others. Some people have flat foot and others have curved foot . you can do a small wet test at your own house or can go to near by shoe shop and find out the curve in your foot is it flat or curved . Why it is important to know the shape or curve of the foot is because through this you will able to find out the kind of shoes which one should buy , some people recommend to run bare foot also but in my all 100 + 5 kms run , I never ran bare footed so cant comment on it . Selection of right shoes is an important decision in your scheme of things for running . There are leading brands which are available in shoe category and each pair of shoe is good if you feel good wearing and running it and that is why proper trial , brand selection and your budget is important to decide your shoes. More you invest the more comfortable and running shoes you will get. The major point which I have highlighted here is the curve of your foot and shoes should be related to the kind of curvature you have for your foot. I will talk more in detail about the type , brand and kind of shoes in my upcoming video shoot.

So once you are done with the Doctors advice and Selection of shoes — you are all set to start working on your endurance , stamina and exploring this amazing world of running. How to be a good 5 km runner ?

“Passion is the only fashion which doesn’t fades away with time” . As we speak it is pivotal to have your passion and interest in some thing which is not part of your professional or personal life but it is a part of your Me Life and if you are reading this post to explore your Me life and if it is your love towards running then you are at the right post else you can also read it to understand the thought 😂.

Running is an important way of engaging yourself with your own goals and happiness . There are lot of content which is written , spoken about running and experience of others is important to listen, even it is spoken or written again . I recently have completed my 100th 5 km run and believe you me the satisfaction which I have experienced in achieving this success is paramount or full of happiness and I decided to share my own experience which may help some one to get introduced to in this wonderful world of running .

What is the first step which you need to take to get introduced to the world of running ? If you really feel good when sweat flows through your body , If you feel Adrenalin rush is some thing which makes you happy , If you have an habit of challenging your own bench marks ..and if answer is affirmative for all the above three pointers then you must surely try running . First step is in your own body check up and consulting a doctor to get their views about are you fit to run and If doctor gives a heads up then — Welcome to the Fantastic World Of Running .

3 Ways to Live longer : Important content of life

Each one of us these days are worried about our future , Covid -19 has shook up thought process of life and happiness which we use to take for granted . Unfortunately now people are worried for every small thing .

We started visualizing things in such a way that everything has come to an end . Crisis is the time when you really learn the integrity and character of individual or group . This is the time where you need to remember three things which is always important and remain important. Let me tell a story before I deep dive into 3 important pointers.

One of my friend who has started a retail outlet recently on lease basis and predicted break even in few hours looking into the market potential . Suddenly corona crisis attacked and social distancing became a new norm , because of which his fundamentals of business and business model is taken aback . He landed up in severe depression and one of the important reason is he started seeing his future bleak , having said that situation is really bad for him , unfortunately entered into the business at wrong time , destined .. may be .. But if he start worrying too much .. what he is going to achieve . easy to say but difficult to execute. Three basic fundamentals which can help anyone to live life more peaceful and it is an important attention seeking content .

1) Eat well and Eat right – Lot of people , in there day to day life doesn’t focus much on their eating habits . Eating habits and eating healthy is important . There are lot of plans . lot of diet plan which tells you about your eating habits . I have completed few half marathons and maintain fitness regime and always believe that eating right and eating what is good for your body always helps.

2) Exercise – “ if you cant give 1 hour to your body in your entire day, you should not talk about time management”  . Exercise of any form , may be running , yoga, aerobics or just simple walk will help you to remain happy . Fitness or exercise is more to make you feel good about yourself . it helps you to manage strong positive vibes and build confidence in your day to day life.

3) Empathy with yourself  I have seen lot of people , don’t empathize with themselves and keep troubling them with lot of stress. Stress if not avoidable can definitely be manage . Stress is never going to help you and most of us overthinks in our day to day life and in the hindsight when we evaluate those overthinking thoughts it has never helped us in any positive way . do they ? think about it .

Above mentioned points are important to live happy and life full of consciousness , which is indeed the need of the hour . Post corona scenario it is surely going to make us all worth thinking about it . Eat right , exercise and empathy and managing stress .

4 pointers to be a good content writer

Content Writing and Content Marketing , goes hand in hand . It is as simple as this,  that if you are a content writer you should know,  how to make your content reach to the target audience . that is what is Marketing  or Content Marketing

Content Writing = Content Marketing

To be a good content writer , you need to take care of following 4 points .

1) Context – Context setting for the right kind of content is important , If you cannot set the content right  you will find it difficult to set the context right and vice versa is also true.  Like in current covid -19 situation every body is pitching their content in context to covid -19 situations. Predictors are talking about the situation post covid -19 . There is a point which one needs to understand here that no one has predicted this and when it happens people want their cornerstone theme based on this.

2) Communicate – Is it feasible for you to ommunicate your content in menaingful or right manner. Communication of the content to the right target group is also pivotal , without which , content will be unutilised . You may have a great story but if there are no viewers that story has no value . Remember for every content there is an audience , you just need to explore the opportunity.

3) Collaborate – Collaboration with your audience , fellow content writers , fellow industry people always helps to build good content writing or content marketing strategy  . Networking is also important part of content collaboration. You may be good in understanding of automobile industry but if you collaborate with the people who have practical understanding or grass root understanding and if you collaborate with them , it may help you in building content writing capabilities.

4) Capabilities – While producing a content , one need to be clear with the capabilities to do an honest work . every person can not do every kind of work . Jack of all trade and master of none some times or may be lot of times is a problematic scenario . Capabilities and building on your capabilities is always helpful in deciding the brand correlation. You may be good in giving content to right kind of video but your audio is not  that proper or your post production of video is not professional so one needs to understand the capabilities and collaborate with people who have expertise in such fields.

 

 

Get The Elephant Out

” Mind Wandering Leads to Unhappiness” Is an important Saying.. Mind Wandering is not a disease it is not a symptom , it is a natural process .. Lot of people consider Mind Wandering , Stress as those Major Diseases or some thing which is not normal. Research Studies have also suggested that lot of time stress leads to innumerable damage.

Stress or any kind of grief , detachment , anger , feeling of getting cheated by people, people breaking your heart , people not living up to the expectation is all facts of modern-day life. It doesn’t mean that this is happening only with that person . In todays era of fast paced communication , too much of interaction via daily pictures of WhatsApp or indirect messages on WhatsApp is all there in social media .. Problem is people are so much obsessed with social media now a days that they feel it is their moral responsibility to let people know about their feelings and about what they feel.. Actually to move the elephant out or to make one self lighter every human being find out their on ways and means .. some works for some doesn’t work for others .. so if you like social media do that .. if you don’t  do that its simple.. so following points may work well for people who are going through certain situations in their life .. where they want mental strength to be ingrained in their life

  1. Don’t Feel that you are the only one who suffers   —

I have seen , lot of people in this world feel that they are the only one who are suffering but perhaps it is never like that .. This is the first Elephant which you have taken away from your brain .. Every one goes through difficult situations in their life .. sooner or later .. some has to face it early and some has to face it late.. but sufferings is part of human life .. human birth .. so never think about what others are thinking .. what’s good with others .such thoughts may surely come so let you go through those thoughts … focus all your energy on yourself.. Go through all cycles of what human being goes through…challenge yourself.. just have least expectation from others…. keep doing good for others.. don’t be judgemental of what you are getting in return.. some people say it is all philosophical.. yeah that’s what every good thing has become philosophical these days.. lot of people feel practical bano .. practical raho.. there is no harm in thinking all that what is mentioned above.. emotions are energy in motions.. but never compromise on following 1) Your health 2) Your thoughts 3) Your Hobbies .. these are those things which will give you tremendous happiness… This three things will help you to take the elephant , you’re so called stress out of the room….

2. At least one hour with your hobby …

I have personally gone through lot of mental trauma, heart-broken … .. but still my hobby has kept me alive.. It has helped me keep going.. it really works.. Lot of people use to tell me this … but when I practiced it I realised.. it is the best thing which can happen to human being.. Have a hobby to keep the elephant out.. Hobbies can be any thing .. My family is a great support to me and because of that I come to know about hobby which makes me feel.. good.. I loved dancing so dancing has helped me all this while to be out of those real.. real .. bad days.. of emotional turmoil.. so let you practice religiously a hobby.. it can be any thing .. if you like reading a book read a book. if you like watering a plant.. do that.. if you like watching starts at night .. watch that .. make that as hobby to learn about them .. or just keep watching them .. According to me it is your relishing time .. relish yourself.. with some thing which is refreshing .. refresh urself.. best part of hobby is that you don’t have expectation with any one.. you are just without any expectation.. expectations from people are some thing which hurts you the most.. your hobbies have no expectation with you.. with any one.. it is some thing  which is self less .. purely unconditional …. purely selfless.. that is the best part …I have heard from some body that they love running .. so just run… keep running.. when you go through those feeling of sweat .. feeling of body completely drained.. you feel like you are at the top of the world… running.. is just an awesome experience.. I say hobby more as your experience .. your experience with your own self… Hobby can be rechristened as your experiences.. your experience makes you feel good… In my next write-up .. I am going to write just about experiences.. this experiences.. are worth while…

3. Mind Wandering…

In the Initial Part of my blog , I mentioned about Mind Wandering… Lot of people think it is happening with them .. and not with any one else.. If you feel so.. so what… let it be.. although it is not like that .. but still if you feel.. like that … LET IT BE … let the mind wanders… don’t stop your self from thinking… I have seen lot of people say DONT think … I will not say that… your never know some time thoughts will give you an idea to come out of those situations , for which you are finding the solution… Just try not to over think.. Some time Over thinking leads to lot of problems and challenges… think but avoid over thinking.. Mindfulness technique given by lot of people .. really works.. try Notice .. Shift … Rewire… it works… Google out Mindfulness. speak out with some one whom you love to speak… it helps.. speaking some thing which are your feeling to some one who knows you very well… it works… But Draw a border line .. Don’t Speak in front of those who have no.. care for your feeling… or they make a fun of it.. try to be very selective… Even if you have no body to speak your heart out… pen down.. write .it works…..This Advice is given to me by one of my well-wisher and I have seen it really works.. some time.. nothing work all the time… but even if it works some time .. it is great..

4… You must observe Mornings and Evenings…

Mornings and evenings are the time where you get connect with the nature.. have that .. Connect.. with nature.. is awesome.. Connect with some thing which is of nature .. surely helps.. Connect with any thing .. I use to watch one Squirrel as she used to come every day in my house .. that was such a lovely experience .. Watching Squirrel and her physical activities.. has made me relishing all the time .. She use to dodge lot of things just to get close to the water which wants to drink.. her movement.. was so agile.. So have Connect with the Nature.. It is really helpful…

At last I feel every human being need to find out their own elephant.. there ways .. or they need to just focus on their own goals.. Every body has their unique way of identifying their own happiness.. So it is not that above solution will work for all.. yeah it works.. but I wish to say at end .. Just Be Happy .. and who can find out the way of happiness.. its only you.. its only you who knows how to take the elephant out of the room (which is your brain)…
